Welcome to my Web site! I am a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Genome Sciences at University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA. I work under the supervision of Prof. William Stafford Noble in the Noble Research lab. My research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, protein structure prediction, DNA-protein interactions, image analysis for C.elegans embryogenesis, applied machine learning and pattern recognition. |
